Tell us where and when you took the photo, and what is happening. If you can, tell us how you captured the photo. (i.e. what camera, f/stop and shutter speed did you use?)
IN YOUR EYES guidelines: • Send The Herald News photo department your best photo. Send a jpeg file no larger than 800K. Use the submit form on this webpage to send the image. All text fields must be filled in. • The photo staff will select 4-6 photos every month to publish. A small “head and shoulder” photo of selected photographers will run with the published photos. We will contact you to arrage this. • Photos that are not published one month will be considered for future “In Your Eyes” photo pages. A photographer can enter one photo every month.
Note: The Herald News photo editor makes final decisions on what photos are displayed in IN YOUR EYEs. The Herald News will not be responsible for lost or damaged photographs. By sending The Herald News a photograph for consideration on the IN YOUR EYEs Photo page, photographer give The Herald News the right to publish his/her image. Questions?
